Our Great Pumpkin Party is Oct. 21

Don’t miss an annual fall tradition on the mountain—our free Great Pumpkin Party Saturday, Oct. 21, from noon-4 p.m.

Children can choose their own pumpkin to paint and take home free-of-charge. Children 12 and under who wear their Halloween costumes will get a trick-or-treat bag to fill with loose candy.

Throughout the event, acclaimed artist Michael Allison will carve giant pumpkins. His pumpkin art has been featured in the White House and Vice President’s residence. Be sure to bring cash to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to take one of his carved pumpkins home with you! All proceeds benefit the Adams County SPCA, which receives less than one percent of its operating budget from tax dollars.

Attendees may also enjoy live music. Plus we’ll have fall refreshments like hot apple cider, apple wedges with warm caramel and soft pretzels (by donation to the Adams County SPCA).

This is an outdoor event, so please dress accordingly. Registration is not required.

We look forward to celebrating the best of fall with you, while supporting the Adams County SPCA!
