Mister Ed’s Elephant Museum to Host Santa Arrival Nov. 30
Orrtanna, Pa. – Gettysburg area landmark Mister Ed’s Elephant Museum and Candy Emporium hosts its annual Santa Claus arrival celebration on Sunday, Nov. 30, from 2-4 p.m.
Children can meet and have their picture taken with Santa, and each child will receive a $5 gift certificate to redeem at Mister Ed’s before Dec. 31.
Santa arrivals began at Mister Ed’s in 1975, and the holiday icon has arrived using almost every mode of transportation, including a hot air balloon, one-horse open sleigh and a Ford Thunderbird convertible. Last year, Mister Ed’s gave away 50 free Christmas trees to area families.
Mister Ed’s is halfway between Gettysburg and Chambersburg along the historic Lincoln Highway (Route 30) at 6019 Chambersburg Road, Orrtanna. For more information, visit mistereds.com or call 717-352-3792.
